I am a user at a company that uses templates.  I have starred my Favorite templates I use most often but they are not showing up on my home screen like with my co-workers.  My admin has checked and everything is the same for all Sending Users.  Any idea how to fix this?

Sometimes, cached data can cause display issues. Clearing your browser cache and cookies might help.

Ensure you are using a browser that is compatible with DocuSign. Browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge are generally supported.

Also, make sure that you are in the correct account where you favorite those templates from. Switching accounts might solve the issue.
