Hello Everyone,
I am getting the following error while trying to initiate a new document to be signed -
“An error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed right now.”
Can someone please guide

I’m sorry to hear that you’re getting an error, I understand this error appears when you are trying to sign a new document/
Can you please try the below troubleshooting:
- Clear cache/cookies
- Try a different browser(s)
- Try an Incognito window
- Try a different device
- Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
- Try using VPN, or if on one already, disconnect from VPN and try again
- Please try the Alternative Signing Method: Use a Security Code to access documents
