How can I receive again the link with the doc to sign up? Did someone have this problem before?

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!
That message, in general, indicates the envelope is being corrected by the sender. After the correction be concluded, you can use the same link to access the envelope, except if the sender decided to create a new envelope.
Could you contact the sender to get more information? In general, the notification email to sign has the sender’s email. You can try contact them by email.
