We have created a flow where a signer needs to sign with witness. The witness needs to be a legal adviser. We have had one person sign and allocate incorrectly and so their witness has declined. The envelope has now disappeared and I can only see it in my sent items - I want to allow the individual to send to a new witness - how can we do this if it no longer exists and why has it ceased to exist?!

Hello,
When someone declines to sign it makes the entire envelope be voided. So it should be there in your Inbox.
Check for any filter that you’re using.
You mentioned the envelope is in your Sent folder. What’s status for it? Just click over it then you will see details.
