Email with documents to review, but none in my que

Received email with link to docusign saying documents to review.  Tried opening and get error then I can log in but no documents in my account.  Tried security code and view documents but leads me right back to empty que. Can anyone help?

I see that when you attempted to open the review link from a Docusign email, you encountered an error. You found that there were no documents available in your account and the security code redirected you back to an empty queue. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and rest assured I will make an effort to assist.

Could you please try copying the review link and opening it in a new browser window instead of clicking on it? Did you refer to this article when using the security code to access the document: Use a Security Code to access Docusign documents

Additionally, could you send me a private message with the security code? Please use private messaging since this is a public forum. Thank you!
