How do I remove doc sign mark in the signature, I only want to see my signature without the word docsign plus the numbers at the bottom

Yes, only your DocuSign Administrator can do so. As it is an account-wide setting, this would remove the frame for every user in your DocuSign account, which may not be what they want. Best to talk directly with them.

This is an account-wise setting that can be configured by the DocuSign Administrator in the Sending Settings. “Add DocuSign frame” is the value that you need to change to “Do not add frame”.

Thank you @Michael.Rave, very insightful however I can find where to untick the selection of DocuSign frame, does it mean only the admins can?
