Hi There,

I need to download completed envelopes and wondering if DocuSign retrieve is available on my Business Pro Plan?

On the Agreements tab > Completed selection, you can check the box next to multiple envelopes and select More (3 dots at the top) > Export to CSV. There you’ll have one file showing each of the envelope info. I don’t see a way on my plan to literally download all completed templates in bulk. Of course you have the option to do that one by one.

Otherwise, let me know and I will gladly help you address the situation as soon as possible. Docusign Retrieve is a stand alone product that is not include in any of our plans, you will need to contact Docusign Support to get this Product. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
