Download a completed envelope with Certificate

Question

I want to download a completed envelope. I get the choice to donload individual documents and Certificate of Completion or Combine all PDF's in one file. If i select the second option, the Certificate of Completion is excluded.

This was different in the past then the Certificate of Completion was included.

How can i download all documents in the envelope inculding Certificate of Completion to one file. Our business case says that these documents must be kept together.
