Download a completed envelope with Certificate

Question

I want to download a completed envelope. I get the choice to donload individual documents and Certificate of Completion or Combine all PDF's in one file. If i select the second option, the Certificate of Completion is excluded.

This was different in the past then the Certificate of Completion was included.

How can i download all documents in the envelope inculding Certificate of Completion to one file. Our business case says that these documents must be kept together.

Hello Christopher,I checked the setting. It was not enabled.  I enabled it. Now it works. Thanks for the quick solution.Best regards,Erik
