Docusign Template sent through email

We created a template for members to complete and sign. WE have multiple corporate people who need to send out the forms from their email not through docusign. Is there a way to create a fillable PDF with signature for members to complete. Please share guidelines to do that

You can think about using  Powerforms or Webforms.

Powerforms can be created using a Template. In you scenario, you can create a Powerform using the mentioned template, that will generate an URL. You can share that URL with your colleagues so they can send emails with the URL to the members. A member when open up such email will see an URL (link) to the Powerform, when clicking he/she will be redirected to the welcome screen to fill up his/her name/email then start completing the form.

 

Using a Webform is similar, but more flexible.
