Docusign Inability to Properly Apply Templates

Docusign for the past 2 months has been unable to properly assign templates. If templates are assigned it is taking longer than 10 minutes for the application. Once inside the envelope the document states a template is applied however no template is visible. I then have to remove the ‘so called template,’ reapply the template, wait another 10 minutes and then go back into my envelope. I also can’t get anyone to call me after being a paying customer for over 10 years and sending more 40,000 envelopes in that time. Your customer service, and technical support is lacking. Docusign is wasting at least an hour of my time a day……………………………...

May I know if you have submitted a case for this issue and if you have received any troubleshooting steps to fix the issue? 

If not, would you mind trying these steps and check if the issue persists? Just in case we have encounter a possible affectation:

1. Clear the cache and cookies
2. Try a different browser(s)
3. Try an Incognito/in-private window
4. Try a different device
5. Test with different Internet networks such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
