Our Salesforce organization is linked to DocuSign through a generic integration admin account. However, we have five sales representatives responsible for generating contracts and sending them for signature. In this scenario, should we purchase one DocuSign Gen license based on the integration admin account or five licenses based on the number of sales reps?

DocuSign Gen licensing is user based, regardless of the technical integration user. Therefore, five licenses based on the number of Sales Reps is correct.
