Docusign developer envelope allowance exceeded

Hi, 

 

My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday we’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED (see 2nd image),

 

Please fix this asap, thank you.

The unlimited is for envelops sent via the Web interface.

Via API there is a limit, however you can contact our Support to ask for help, here we don’t have access to any account, only Support has it.

Here is the article explaining the API calls limit, but remember that it’s necessary to have the Add-On package for API’s use, you can contact Support or our Sales team.

Hi ​@Alexandre.Augusto 

I am also facing similar issue and it allows only 3 envelopes per developer account, which is too low. 

I have tried to log a case with the link above, however it is not allowing login to log a case with my developer account.
