I am working in a big organisation, and someone sent Docusign to customer. Now I wanted to make some changes and to resend the same Docusign, how can I change sender name and email from my colleague details to mine. When I VOID and copy the Docusign, it is now allowing me to change Sender name and email.

Hello Milin,

The short answer is: you need to 1) transfer ownership and 2) resend envelope notification. The Docusign email notification will look like it's coming from the new ‘Sender’
