How to update or give sales permission to trace status of DocuSign which the sender send?

so they can get their customer sign the DocuSign.. sometimes customer overlooked the email so the sales request if they can get access to trace the DocuSign flow.. I have  use the reminder option but still the customer didn't sign it 

I am sending warranty letter to their customer and the customer always overlook the email so the DocuSign sometime got expired and void.. the sales teams is  asking if they can trace the DocuSign flow so they can inform their customer to sign the letter.

You can set up Shared Access in Docusign eSignature. You may assign “Manage” or “Edit” permissions, depending if they should only be able to see the envelopes or act on them, e.g. resend the envelope.

Hi Team , Always found a workaround , included the relevant team member , this way he or she can see the status when sending the envelope
