My employee opened two users (one paid and one free) on the same email (haykio@wix.com).
Her free account has all the signatures she needs, and her paid user has no signatures.
I would appreciate your help in deleting the free user and transferring all the signatures to the paid user.

the free user can remove by self. but the signature seems can’t transfer.

You might be able to transfer the completed Envelopes from the free account to the paid account if they are on the same environment (NA1, NA2, or NA3).   It you are an Admin on your account with access to the ORG.  You can invite the free account so that you can complete the transfer.
