Customised processing for bulk shipping

Question

Hello everyone, we are trying to send a document via mass mailing (approx. 70 people), which is to be filled out and signed individually by each person. It is a power of attorney in which everyone adds their name, the name of the authorised person and the signature. We would therefore like to receive 70 completed documents back afterwards. Is this possible and if so, how? Thank you for your help.
