People are using the discussion boards to ask questions that should be directed directly communicating with customer service instead, like when they are overbilled or their files disappeared before they did their taxes.  Is there any way to contact Docusign customer service privately or do you just have to try to talk to them through the public discussion boards?

Great point!  This is merely one available avenue to discuss issues separate from opening a Support case.  If you’d like to discuss a Docusign issue with our excellent Support team directly, please open a case at https://support.docusign.com.  Here’s some instructions to get that case started:
