Question

Correcting an Envelope

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

I have multiple documents in my envelope, one of them is signed. I want to replace one that has not been signed yet. Is there a way to do this?

@kimo

Yes, you can replace an unsigned document in a DocuSign envelope, but it depends on the envelope’s status. If no recipients have signed the document you want to replace, you can use "Correct" to modify the envelope:

I don’t believe you can, as you are making a change after one signor has agreed / signed off to the entire envelope and language as a whole.

@kimo @Nurcan

If it is a separate document on the envelope and it is not blocked for editing, you can.  If it is all in one document, you cannot.

It is a separate document, but it locked after one person signed another document.
