I am trying to change my e-mail address.  I keep receiving an authentication code but it is not being accepted.  I ask for another code, the same code comes and again does not work

You might try updating in an incognito or private browsing window. Sometimes cookies or your history can affect update requests.

You basically should login, click over your initials in the right top corner, then Manage Profile, click in Privacy & Security, you will need to login again through a code send to your account’s email. After gel authenticated, you just need to click on the left, option My Profile, then on the middle-right click in Update, give a new email address then send a code to the email, authenticate with such code then ready to go.

That is what I have been doing but the code will not accept


@SueD25 are you input the code in 5 minutes after you received the code?
