I need to edit a lot of templates to change one signer to another. Is there a “change all” option where I can select a signer’s name, then mass change all templates they are a signer on and change it to the new person?

@Djbudde I am not aware of any feature or functionality in DocuSign that allows for a mass change to all Templates such as switching out a specific Recipient under multiple Templates to a different Recipient.  I believe you will need to update each Template individually and save that change.

If you have Signing Group functionality on your DS plan, you could create a Signing Group with a single individual, then in your templates point to that Signing Group. When you need to change out the individual, you just update the individual in the Signing Group.
