Under the sign document option I can’t drag files into the box and the only option to upload documents is to use a template?  Any ideas on how to fix?

That is happening because you account Admin has set an option to only permit send an envelope using a template. Due that, no other upload or drag and drop actions will be available.

 

I suggest you to contact him to explain your needs.

I am trying to upload documents from a room to the envelopes section.  Until recently it has worked perfect.  Recently when I pull documents out of a room I get multiple Tiles opening at the same time.  This blocks me from uploading documents into the envelope.  I have to print all documents to PDF and then manually load in the signature blocks.
