Hi - A simple, basic way to accomplish this would be to manually drag and drop as many "date signed" fields to any location on your doc / template as you would like. The date signed will auto-populate based on the date your signer completes the envelope. Your signer doesn't have to input any information b/c the "date signed" tag inserts the date of completion. Hope that helps? Again, that's just a quick, manual way to do it. If you're using a template, you'd only need to insert the "date signed" tags in the desired locations once. Thanks
Also don't forget the potential of Autoplace....basically add "AutoPlace Text" into you document creation process and then have it add a custom tag to those locations automatically. See the following DocuSign article...
