Hi, could anyone give a help with this bulk send problem please?

I changed bulk send csv column names to Role::DataField format, and filled the contents. Then in the fields I dragged Text boxes and changed data label to the same name as in the csv file.

Eg. in the csv column name as Customer::MobilePhoneNumber , and the text box's data label was changed to MobilePhoneNumber.

But after sent out, I noticed all these text boxes were blank, didn't show the content from the csv...

I tried a few times and all the text boxes were blank, could anyone help? Thank you!!

I would suggest starting the bulk sending workflow from a template, so you don't have to create your headers manually.

Starting from a template will allow you to download a customized CSV template with the right headers for each one of your recipient's placeholders and their related fields.
