Branding Logo Poor Quality

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hi all,

Has anyone ever had an issue with their logo coming through as low quality when sending out documents? The logo we are using is 253KG and a JPG file.

Hi Amy,

Welcome  to the DocuSign Community!

We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.

I am sorry to hear that your branding logo is not being displayed as expected, but I will help you get to the bottom of the issue.

The behavior you describe tends to be related to an image that does not match the 296x76 pixels recommended dimensions for custom branding logos.

I would suggest trying with a smaller or bigger image (depending on your case), to confirm if this is the cause of the issue.

You can find more details on this topic, here:

Add Custom Logos and Specify Brand Colors

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Thank you for using DocuSign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

I have the same issue with the Email and sending Logos.  I have tried to load the logo many times and many different sizes, including the 150 x 150 pixels recommended for the email logo and it is always blurry.  Is there another quality of the picture that needs to be taken in to consideration aside from the pixel size?  I feel like I am missing something.  Thank you.

The “fix” the DocuSign employee gives above (making sure your logo is 296x76) does not work.

Also, that’s a very unusual aspect ratio for a logo…

Still seeing my brand logo in emails appear pixelated, despite it being a 296x76 11KB JPG per the above recommendations.

Additionally, when DocuSign crops my profile picture to a circle, it adds a black square circumscribing the circle (i.e., giving the circle four black corners).

Looks very unprofessional. Glad I sent a test email before paying for a DocuSign subscription!

Has anyone come up with a fix yet? I’ve tried everything… I’ve turned up the DPI to get a more clean image but it just scales the image up too large for my emails.

Also yes, I agree the black square around the round logo need to be addressed. Looks unprofessional and messy.
