Bank Routing & Account Number?

Question

First time trying to use docusign, requesting banking information from Customer’s for automatic ACH payments. I need their bank’s 9 digit routing and their bank account number ranging from 5-17 digits. What field do I use to gather this information?

Also, using a radio button to select between checking and savings account, but it does not display in preview.

@nhoganI would suggest Text fields and then set a validation for numbers or a Regex if you want some type of custom validation. Then set a specific length on the field so they cannot go beyond certain number of characters.My preview works when I have Radio Buttons added. Are you on the correct Recipient for the fields added? Could you be more specific about what is not displaying? Conditional fields?
