I sent a document to two recipients both with the same email address. The first recipient received and signed the document. The second recipient did not receive the document and I got a message saying "Auto Responded: Correct to fix email address errors." How can this be if both recipients had the same email address and the first recipient received the document?

It may help to do a (https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-correct-documents) correction on the envelope and (https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-signing-order) set a signing order to it. Let us know if that helps.
