Hello,

The sender can specify that a recipient must authenticate for each envelope sent from this account.

Where can the sender specify this? I can't find anything when I upload a document and specify the recipients.

Sure, you can specify some authenticate methods for each recipient.

Some of them depends on your Account plan. 

 

Take a look on this video explaining how to use the authentication for the recipients.
