Attachment combination for Certificate & Summary page

I saw on a previous post about a being able to combine a Certificate of Completion and Summary page via email attachment wasn’t supported and I wanted to see if that is still the case? Other document signature apps have this figured out and I’m surprised that DocuSign doesn’t have this as an option as users really want to minimize the amount of documents received within their email but want to also receive everything within one .pdf file.

I understand you found a Community post where Docusign does not combine the Certificate of Completion and Summary into one PDF via email attachment, and you would like to know if this is still the case. I wholeheartedly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. 

 

The behavior is expected from the eSignature application. The reasoning behind not including an option to combine the PDFs into one document within the email notification is that this has proved to cause errors when a combined file is too large and we are preventing these issues. However, downloading the combined PDF is available from the sender/recipient’s Docusign account. More information here: Download and print a document that you received | eSignature
