I am the DocuSign Administrator. One of the individuals who completed and signed a now fully executed document neglected to add text information on one line. As the administrator can I edit this document to add the information? I don't seem to find a way to do so. Thank you.

Hi,
An envelope cannot be modified once it reaches Complete status - neither by the sender nor an admin. You can load that signed document into a new envelope and send it to the recipient with a new field for them to complete so they don't have to complete the entire form again.
In the future make sure you flag which fields are required for the recipient to complete so that they do not skip mandatory fields.
