Hello! Is there a setting where an admin can control envelope expiration dates for all their users? Instead of having their users all do it individually?

@Gil.Parra  Yes, DocuSign Admins can go to Settings > Reminders and Expiration, then set a series of defaults for the different values. The important checkbox is “Allow senders to override account defaults”, which would allow or prevent the override of the Account level settings by the envelope Sender.  Here is more info via a DocuSign article.

Hi @Gil.Parra,

If you change these settings, for example from 90 to 120 expiration date. Will these settings also be applied to existing envelops waiting for a signature? Or only for new envelops?

Hi @MarvinNL - i believe this only applies to new envelopes and existing will adhere to the setting that was previously placed on them
