Yes, if you have multiple DocuSign accounts using the same email address but on different sites, you can switch between them after logging in by selecting your profile image and then "Switch Account".
However, if you are using one account only and just so happen to use it in a different region, you can use the same account to log in from two different browsers.
However, if you encounter issues logging in with one browser, it may be due to browser-specific settings or cached credentials.
If you can log in successfully with one browser but not another, you may need to troubleshoot the browser causing the issue.
Please take note that we don’t highly recommend doing this as this may lead to any login issues and we don’t have explicit documentation that this is possible.
