I am experiencing an issue accessing the DocuSign Partner Program Guides, including:
- Docusign Tiered Partner Program Guide
- Reseller Guides (Resell Core Program Guide & Referral Benefits Guide)
- Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Embed Guide

When trying to access these documents, I receive the following error message:
Unable to process request. The viewing limit for the content delivery has been reached.
To protect your organization from excessive usage and "denial of service" attacks, we limit the number of content delivery views allowed in a 24-hour period. Try viewing the content again later.

I am accessing these normally, and my viewing frequency is very low (just a few times), so I don’t understand why I would be hitting a viewing limit for the entire day. Could you please check if there is a misconfiguration or an unintended restriction?
