I have found topics regarding this, but something seem to have changed as I can't find option to "do not add frame" now. I've signed today 2 documents without frame on mobile app, then tried to sign 3rd one on MAC via website and this one has DS frame around signature 😞 This frame now shows both on MAC and mobile app. Maybe I can't get rid of frame cause of free trial version? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

You will need to go to the signing settings in the "Settings" tab in your DocuSign account to make the changes in the "Selected formats will be applied to all signatures" this option controls the appearance of signatures for signers.

You will have two options:

  • Add DocuSign frame: A frame with extra information is placed around the signer’s signatures and initials to make it easy to recognize the signature was created by DocuSign. This extra information appears on the documents, including the Certificate of Completion, sent from the account. Note: The frame is not applied if the signer is using the DocuSign mobile app to sign.
  • Do not add frame: Only the signer’s script name or initials are shown.

In case the options are greyed out you will need to create a case with DocuSign support to confirm if this can be enabled in your account.

Is it possible that this is not enabled for me due to trial version?

So to get rid of frames = paid subscription?
