How can I automatically exported completed account level envelopes to SharePoint or manually extract at the account level?

In my account, multiple users are sending & receiving envelopes for signature.  I would like to capture all these signed/completed envelopes in a local Docusign SharePoint folder through automation or manual extraction.  What are the options to accomplish, short of Maestro & an API? Thank you.

Hi ​@EDJSTL !

Have you tried to use Agreement Actions feature? I think would be the best solution for your request. Please, take a look on these three recourses below to get more information.

In short, with Agreement Actions, you can create rules to export envelopes to specific places (including the possibility to connect with your SharePoint).

Thanks for the response Vinicius.  It looks like agreement actions would accomplish.  My account does not include.  Might you know which Plan is needed for this feature/functionality?  I see a number of selections...IAM Starter, Standard, Pro, then Enhanced plans, Personal, Standard, Business pro,etc…

The feature Agreement Actions is included in Business Pro and Enterprise Pro Plans (website and commercial). At this moment, it’s not available for Standard (website and commercial) or Personal (website) plans.

In this case, my recommendation would create a ticket for Customer Support and ask them to check if this feature is included or not in your current account plan.
