HI, i cannot create an envelope or create a template, some option are missing, what can be wrong?

I should have the option to Send an envelope ....

I’m sorry to hear that you are unable to create envelopes, it appears that you were set up under the incorrect permission profile, in this case, I will have to advise you to reach out to your Account Admin as they can change your permissions to allow you to send envelopes.

Only your Account Admin can update your permission profile to Sender. If you are not sure who the Admin on your account is, please consult your internal IT Team or Management for assistance.

Please let us know if you need further assistance. You can always create a case to have a Support agent work the case with you.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
