Hello Everyone, 

 

I’m trying to build an embedded signing workflow. I’ve achieved the signing workflow for a document. But when the signer opened the document, he is able to see envelopeId at top of document.

I have set envelopeIdStamping property to false to disable envelopeId while creating the envelope. But it is not getting disabled on the document.

envelopeDefinition.setEnvelopeIdStamping("false");

How to hide or disable envelopeId from the Document??

Is there any other way to do it other than this?

You need to enable that feature in your account first and configure it in a way that this is supported. 

Please check all the settings are correct and it works from the Docusign eSignature Web App first. If this was successful, it will also work for embedded signing.

Thanks for the solution.

But in my account settings that option is disabled.

Is this done by docusign or should i change any other settings to enable this option?

With the above option, I can still be able to see envelopeID stamp on my document.

is there any another way to do this?
