SMS delivery is not available for envelopes with bulk send recipients

This behavior is a reflection of our application’s internal configuration, due to this reason there is no way to work around it with its current design. Could you please let me know how to get access with support case or account team? Since I could not find it in my account.

You may create a new support case, by filling out the form provided below:

https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport 

If you can’t open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account.", you will be able to fill out the form.
