SMS delivery is not available for envelopes with bulk send recipients

Could you please let me know how to get access with support case or account team? Since I could not find it in my account.

I encourage you to consider submitting your idea for review by our development team for possible implementation. If you’re a Docusign Administrator for a corporate plan, you can file your request through a support case or by reaching out to your Account Team.

You may create a new support case, by filling out the form provided below:

https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport 

If you can’t open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account.", you will be able to fill out the form.
