Integrating with Topaz

Question

Hello, I cannot seem to find how to sign with the Topaz signature pad. I have been able to capture signatures on the Topaz on https://sigplusweb.com/sign_chrome_ff_sigplusextlite.html. I installed the SigPlusExtLite to the computer desktop. I also added onto the browser the extension, DocuSign eSignature for Chrome. Also, Docusign has access to the site. The NEW button is displayed as well as the drafted documents that are from the Docusign site. Then I click the CONTINUE button, and the document is sent to the DocuSign site. However, the page only has the option to UPLOAD, USE A TEMPLATE, or GET FROM CLOUD. I cannot see where to go from that point. There is no option for the Topaz signature capture.

I purchased the Standard plan and the setting was originally there but would not save.  Then Sales said I needed to upgrade to the Business Plan.  The setting for signature pads is still not there.  I am following up with support with no avail.
