Hey, how can I see statistics on how many reminders has been sent per envelope per UserID? Thanks already in advance

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I understand you would like to know if there is a way to view the number of reminders sent per Users.

Unfortunately, there is no option available for what you are looking for, such a report does not exist, however, Feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome. 

We’ll provide it to the Product team that is closely aligned with the area associated with the feedback. They will review it and determine the next steps.

In the near future, we will have a Community section that is dedicated to customer suggestions/feedback. You all will have the ability to upvote on what’s important and needed. 

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen in order to submit your idea.

Thanks for sharing! Is there a way to know that the reminder is sent? today we don't see it in the history of the envelope. Thanks!

Yes, there is a way, and it would show in the History of the envelope, however, this would have to be enabled in the backend by a support agent, if you are interested, please reach out to Customer Support by creating a case: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport 

If you’re not able to open a Customer Support case via the above link, you can scroll down the page to “More Support Options” and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." You will have different options to contact Support.
