I opened a billing ticket for being overbilled and cannot get anyone at docusign to update the ticket or call me as requested multiple times!  Does their support even exist anymore?  Do I have to cancel my account?

Support Agents receive several cases a day and depending on the priority of some of them as well as the case volume it might take a little more time to get to yours, however, rest assured, they will get to it as soon as they can. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

In the meantime, can you please provide the case number and I can gladly check for you if it has an agent assigned to it?
