Can users share envelopes or is it just Admins that can share users envelopes to other users ?

Unfortunately, this action can only be performed by the Admin, a user would be able to transfer the ownership of a single envelope at a time but not share it. They can share templates (with the right permission profile), but not envelopes, apologies for the inconvenience.
