What are the best ways to manage the already created External accounts (Credit card, Purchase Order etc).

 

Though we can close the ‘free’ accounts, it is not possible to close the accounts which was purchased using Credit card/Purchase Order accounts.

What is the best way to close these external accounts, especially when the employee is no longer part of the organization and it is not possible to access their e-mails.
