Hello,

Our recipients have recently stopped receiving a custom scheduled report that we used to get in the last 11 days.

Can anyone who has had similar issue in the past let me know how this was resolved?

Have you verified the the Schedule used to send the reports?

 

There is a reccurrence option and the settings acordingly hourly, weekly, monthly. Also there is a Start and an End dates.
