Main account not listed as administrator

We have only one account with 3 users, but there is no settings option for this account to see any details or manage it at all. How am I able to get access?

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

One of those 3 users are an Admin because when your account was activated, the user doing that became the Administrator of the account.

The Settings menu option only shows up to Admin users (DS Admin Permission Profile).

Ask to the other user login and check if they can see the Settings menu option.
