eSign Custom Tag in CLM Template Not pull

In my CLM Template, I have ALT Clauses, one of these should pull in the eSigned Date. I’ve placed conditionality in the Template for the use of the ALT; however, the eSign Custom Tag does not seem to be pulling in when I generate a contract instance or when it is sent for eSign. Any ideas??

In the Template: <# <EndConditional/> #><# <Conditional Test="// Effective_Date[@optionName = 'Standard ALT1’]” /> #>/ContractEffectiveDate1/<# <EndConditional/> #>

In eSign, this shows up blank rather than capturing the date expected.

FYI….Figured this out…..AutoPlace Tag was removed from template logic & inserted directly into ALT Clause & it’s now pulling in as expected. 👍
