Docusign Unusable Lately

Question

PDF fill fields with data entered already is being damaged, written over, blurred.

Fill fields found and accepted, does not fill fields with signature and date prompts

Cannot manually add prompts to fill fields, will not allow - Red circle with line shows

Working with YBAA Purchase and Sale Agreement standard PDF widely used.

Docusign has not worked correctly since installed, a week ago, it stopped working altogether, seemingly since their logo change.

Browser choice makes no difference. Clear cache, no difference.

Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat generally offer the best compatibility with complex PDF forms. Issues with field data being damaged or blurred can sometimes be due to using a less compatible or outdated PDF editor. Try another PDF editor.File Integrity: Check if the PDF file itself is not corrupted. Try opening it on a different computer or software to see if the issue persists. Try opening another PDF with little words as a simple test.
