Docusign just announced new capabilities to help you break free from the Agreement Trap and make your workflows more efficient than ever. In Docusign 2024 Release 2, we’re introducing new features in Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) that’ll transform the way you work with agreements.

Here’s what’s new in Release 2:

1. New Maestro and Navigator Capabilities

With upgrades to Maestro and Navigator, you’ll get more control over your agreement workflows and gain valuable insights from your agreement data.

  • Maestro: Create custom workflows for your agreements—no coding required! And with advanced conditionality, tasks get routed automatically based on your rules. Plus, CLM users can now integrate Maestro into their contract workflows for ID verification and more.

  • Navigator: This smart repository centralizes your agreements, making it easy to find data and get insights. New features include cloud storage upload, expanded reporting, and custom agreement type management for better flexibility.

2. Docusign CLM Connect for SAP Ariba

For procurement teams, we’re launching a Docusign CLM Connector for SAP Ariba! Now, you can create and manage agreements directly in Ariba, with automatic data sharing between systems. This means no more jumping between platforms—everything you need is integrated right where you work.

3. Copilot for Microsoft 365 integration

With our Copilot for Microsoft 365 integration and AI-assisted review in Word (currently in beta), you can automate contract review with AI, ask questions about your contracts, and generate new clauses using AI.
