I have two people who will be in the same video session signing the same document. It will be notarized, but do they both need “Signs with Notary” designation or can that be assigned to the last signer? I won’t be applying more then one stamp or signature as a notary.
Multiple signers, one session, how many "Signs with Notary" designations do I need?

Welcome to the Docusign Community!
We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.
I understand that you are looking to confirm if both your recipients will need to have their signature notarized, and I will share more details on the topic.
To prevent any future inconveniences related to this transaction, I suggest you assign both recipients the “Signs with Notary” recipient action.
Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.
Thank you for using Docusign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
Best regards,
