I have a PDF form that when sent, I don’t know if the Organisation receiving it will have 2 directors sign it OR (if only one director is around) will have 1 director sign it with a witness.
The PDF form allows for that with differing signing blocks, and work well in a paper format. BUT, I’m unsure how to achieve it within DocuSign.
I also have the challenge the I may well be sending the form to the Company Secretary and they would be deciding the signing approach and adding the names/email addresses.
Is this possible? Conditional routing looks promising, but it doesn't look like it works with witnesses or allows for someone to specify the name/email address for those signing.
